I have a Fitbit Versa Lite it was working fine then all of a sudden a red X came up Ed said data not cleared sync and try again I tried and tried and nothing's happening I read even reinstalled the app and went to Target to

Thanks for the details provided and troubleshooting performed. The "Data not cleared sync and try again" message will appear when a factory reset is performed to the watch. Since this erases the data on the watch and unpair it from your account, I recommend you to setup your Versa Lite as a new device by following the instructions from this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? so you can pair and update your watch.
On a side note, I moved your post to the Versa watches board to keep the Community organized.
