My Versa Lite is not automatically recording workouts and remains at 0 of 5 for the week. This is affecting my Discovery Vitality and is completely defeating the object of me purchasing the watch. I purchased two days ago and cannot get this function to work.

Thanks so much. I am doing various workouts at the gym and usually, in the past with my Fitbit HR, it picks up the actvity automatically and it is set this way in my settings too. It affects m vitality progamme for my medical health

Mine is doing the same. Used to do it just fine - I updated the app; my iPhone software is also up to date!
most annoying it’s supposed to autotrack and it just doesn’t now.
tried phone on and off and all usual problem solving but to not avail. C’mon Fitbit....this is what we buy these things for! Not the watch function!!
