Fitbit Versa Lite not syncing

Tried all troubleshooting methods:

Turned Bluetooth on and off

Turned Fitbit on and off

Factory reset Fitbit

Deleted the app then reinstalled

Removed Fitbit from my account and tried to set it up again

App is updated

Will not let me update the versa lite as it won’t connect device.

keeps saying device not detected. Thought it was because I’m using the iPhone 11 so it’s new and not compatible so I tried syncing with my iPad but still no joy.

Sons Ace 2 syncs perfectly fine so not sure what the issue is with my Fitbit, it’s only a month old

@KNLB2 Delete Versa from your iPhone's bluetooth settings (paired devices), reboot your phone and Versa, open fitbit app and set up Versa again. It should prompt you to pair and link the device.

@KNLB2 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the syncing issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I'm afraid that the reason may be because the iPhone 11 is not in the Supported devices list. I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above.

However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

I appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

Thank you for your help @Marrrmaduke.

I'll be around if any questions arise.

My Versa Lite has also not been syncing this week. It's very frustrating and my phone has not changed - it's an iPhone 6s, which is a supported device.

Is the iPhone 11 still

unsupported device for your Fitbit versa light? I just got the new iPhone 11 and I’m having the same issues with syncing that was listed in this prior thread.

I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, turning on and off Bluetooth, turning on and off the Fitbit. I tried deleting the device to re-add it and I cannot find the phone. Are there any new options for adding to the iPhone 11 at this time?
