In January we bought two Versa 1 watches for our twin girls. They love them and love having the same watch. Then one started to not work and needed to be replaced. Fitbit offered us a 50% off upgrade which we declined because it meant more money and having to replace the other child's watch.
So we opted for a replacement. The replacement came and unknown to us it was actually the Versa 2. We didn't realise this until 1 of our daughters mentioned how her sister got a better watch and has more functionality to it.
What can we do? We can't return or take away the versa 2 but don't like the fact that we purposely bought two exact same watches and now one has a better watch then the other. Is there a way to get the other watch upgraded?

Hello @D_Milford and welcome to the Help forums. I don't want to get too wordy, but I believe that getting the Versa 2 as a warranty replacement is consistent with Fitbit's Returns & Warranty policy. You were sent the Versa 2 because Fitbit didn't have any original Versa models to send. I don't know of any way to upgrade the other child's watch at Fitbit's expense.
