Versa changes to notifications screen randomly

My Fitbit Versa keeps changing the screen randomly to a notification page, the slightest movement and it pops up, when I try to discard it the buttons won’t work nor the touch screen.  I’ve never had any problems before but it seems to be faulty, even when it’s on charge it continues to do so.  Help!

Hi, seems you have a serious problem with your Versa and therefore I would advice you to contact Customer Support ASAP. Regards kuzibri

Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I got in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and email. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case you need further assistance.

Nope.  I did let the battery fully die and recharged, and it was ok for a bit.  But still happens randomly, and sometimes the left button won't work.  I reported it to customer service, and my FitBit was out of warranty, but they did send me a discount code for a new one.
