Hi all,
I got my fitbit versa lite in May 2019, and was working fine until two days ago.
So, 2 days ago I slept with the fitbit while the battery was on 5%, so the next morning (yesterday) it had 0% (of course). I recharged it for the full 100% (the screen lit when I plugged the device in the charger) but then when night time came it was telling me that it was on 5% (usually for me, the battery lasts for 3 days). I recharged it overnight (again), and today morning when I woke up, the screen was off and the watch was hot. The device is not turning on and is not charging, although when I put the device in the charger to see if it charges, after a while it gets hot.
I have read a couple of issues/topics here on the forum, and I tried the solutions provided, but so far none have seem to work (put the usb charger on a new plug, reset factory (can't even get the device to turn on), even tried a new charger, press and hold the button for 8-10 secs after it cools down, cleaned the device with the damp cloth).
Would anyone have other suggestions? TIA

Seems like this is a common issue, possibly due to the recent Fitbit update on iPhones, as it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
