I'm having the same issue posted by many here in the forum. My HR isn't going above 100 or so even during intense workouts where it should be at peak. It doesn't matter what I do, running, cardio, or weight lifting. The HR is in the 90s all the time. I noticed that this started after the recent update. I read most of the responses of the moderators and they don't seem to help at all! I followed all the recommendations, but nothing worked!

Seems like this is a common issue, possibly due to the recent Fitbit update on iPhones, as it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
