Fitbit Versa Lite will not swipe.

I have had a Versa Lite since late December and I absolutely love it!

Over the past few weeks, I have had several issues with swiping. I have held the side button to restart it several times, but the issue is happening more often. When I was first unable to swipe, I had to restart my Versa Lite only once every couple of days. The issue has progressed where I am restarting it at least twice a day.

I did the update yesterday hoping it would fix the issue, but it has continued.

What else can I try?

Try a Factory Reset when you can by swiping left to Settings and scroll down to Factory Reset.

I did try this... I think it made it worse 😟
My Versa Lite is now restarting on its own multiple times a day. I look at
it when I feel a buzz and it is in the middle of restarting.
And, it is still acting up. I have needed to restart it twice since factory
resetting.
