Fitbit Versa Lite won't sync

My versa lite won't sync. It's off by 2 minutes. And I can't change my clock face now

Mine and my girlfriends battery doesn't last but 2 and a half days and no longer sync or keeps the correct time,all this happened when the daylight saving time happened

I got me, my mom and my sister the same one. my mom said to just wait until the update finished. its been over an hour and its still messing up. i dont know what to do
