Fitbit Versa Lite

I recently did the update on my Versa Lite which took ages. When it had finished the brightness was so dim I could not see it and was unable to brighten it up.  Tried stopping and restarting but didn't work. Unfortunately I did a factory restart now it won't sync at all just keeps telling me to install the app on my watch. I am not happy at all about this as was expensive and now can't use it.

Hi @Leeward16, welcome to the community.

First can you try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing/forgetting the Versa Lite from there. Then go back into the Fitbit app on your phone - tap your profile picture - set up a device - and proceed with setting up your Versa Lite again. Hopefully this will get you back up and running.

Thanks for your reply I have tried your suggestions with no success.  It keeps coming up with setting up Versa Lite  step 2 of 3 downloading 101% which has been like for five days. Then it goes back to the same message on my watch telling me to download the app. I am so angry now that it is because of the update I downloaded.  If I was to buy a new watch do you think that I would be able to sync itSent from Samsung tablet

If you haven't already done so, I would recommend uninstalling the fitbit app (from your phone) and re-installing it again, and then try the above process again.

If this doesn't work @Leeward16 have you tried contacting customer support (here)? If the watch is faulty it could very well be covered under warranty (depending of course how long ago you bought it), it's worth discussing this with support though.
