Fitbit Versa NOT Responding

Hi all, 

 

Was wondering if anyone could help at all, if they have experienced similar issue..

 

I have Fitbit Versa and recently it hasn’t been syncing to my Samsung (never had problem before)

Was reading through some of the topics on here and someone advised to uninstall the Fitbit app on my phone and reinstall, I did that and still wouldn’t work, I then was advised to unpair my versa from the app and re-pair. I did this and reinstalled the app a second time, My phone asked me to place my versa on the charger close by so it could re-pair. I have been waiting hours now and the app is in use as if my versa was connected, however my versa just had the Fitbit logo displayed on the front and hasn’t changed, I have held the buttons in to restart the watch in case frozen, it turns off and when comes back on I get the same Fitbit Versa log screen. Do not have any option to do anything on the watch. If anyone has experienced issue like this before could you perhaps guide me in the right direction on what to do next. Thank you

Also I have held down all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears, I was then advised to quickly release the bottom right button, but continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). When the device vibrates, release all buttons.

 

and now I have an error message saying Data not cleared Syn & try again?
