Have had the Fitbit Versa over a year and half after upgrading from the flex. Loved it with no issues before today, battery died last night, put it on the charger. This morning all appeared to be all working normally.
After about an hour I felt my wrist burning, took the Fitbit off as it was overheating and had got very hot.

It had also stopped working, won’t turn on and when I try and sync it from the app, it’s saying no device found.

Has anyone else had any issues like this before?

i just recently experienced the overheating of my versa, and before i know it, it was dead. no warning signs whatsoever.

 

the watch is very nice however the lifespan is horrible and it is bad because there is nowhere to take it for repairs. now one must just go with the known brands and ones that you know if the watch is faulty you can easily take it in for repairs.

This happened me this morning battery totally dead 0% charged it up but it I overheated and will not turn on at all I have held button in for up to 5 mins and nothing I am gutted as I use it so much and love it I have only had it since Christmas ☹️
