Fitbit Versa Screen Flickering, selecting and opening Apps

Hi Everyone,

 

My fitbit versa screen is flickering and opening apps on its own,

this has been happening ever since I purchased it.

 

Does anybody know what caused this?

Try a factory reset (settings app on your watch and scroll down to About) If that doesnt fix it yiu will need to return it to the store you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature)

Similarly, my Versa does have a screen that dims occasionally. But, I've not had the incidental app' opening issue.  I've tried the reset. We'll see what happens.
