My children got this watch for me for Mother's Day. I have several Fitbit over the years. My daughter notice I wasn't wearing the watch and I told her it do not work anymore. I was getting a replacement very soon. After a week or so waiting for the watch, it came. I tried to sync it but it will not work, I called support and the same thing happen. She was trying but it still don't work. Now I am going to get a second one sent to me.
I never had some many problems, when they made the early ones. My Charge 2 gave me problem but not like this. My Charge one will not stay on but they sent me a new one for that. The Flex was a great watch no problems. Now they coming out with Charge 3, I was thinking on getting it for Christmas but I am going to try Apple out for once. I was a true loyal customer to Fitbit. I do not know what's the problems over the years.
