I was working out in my living room and when I looked down to look at my heart rate I noticed my Versa’s screen was hanging by the cable but it still worked I tried to press it into the face and it didn’t stay so I took it off and haven’t been able to use it. How can I fix it?

I've seen quite a few posts from people with this problem. Based on those I don't think it's repairable. I would suggest you contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
