Hi fitbit community,
I just bought my fitbit less than a week back and it was working fine. Today, the screen of my fitbit became alittle distorted and the colours became inverted. I tried restarting it a couple of times and did a hard reset but my problem was not solved. Charging it and syncing the device all over again did not work. The colors of the screen will be normal for 2seconds and suddenly everything goes to inverted colours which makes the screen unusable. Can anybody tell me whats wrong with my fitbit? Or should I just RMA it.

Best AnswerIs it just the clock face that is doing this, or any screen? If it is just the clock face, try a fitbit one. But ifnit is all screens, as a restart didnt help, try a factory reset settings app on the watch and scroll down to 'About'
If it is still wonky afyer that you will need to return it tonthe store you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature )
