Fitbit Versa Special not charging up.

Hi, hoping someone can help.  I've only had my Fitbit Versa since the end of January and love it.  Battery ran out this afternoon so I put it on charge as usual but it's not charging at all.  I've tried different sockets around the house but nothing.  It's fitted properly in the charger too.  Any ideas?

Does the back look swollen? Mine won't charge and I noticed the back is rounded/swollen looking. I have 2 chargers and have tried both, but still not charging.

Hi, sorry for the delay in my reply.  It wasn't swollen. I left it til the following morning but no luck then. Then I held down all three buttons until the Fitbit icon came on then stuck it on charge then and left it a couple of hours without touching it. When I went back it was fully charged and has been fine since. I hope you get yours sorted too. 😊
