Fitbit Versa White Screen

Has anyone else had an issue with their fitbit versa screen going white? Mine started doing it about six months ago slowly and now it is completely white. I reached out to customer service and since I'm 4 months past my warranty they won't do anything but a 25% discount. They even stated it was defective.

When you first noticed & reported this fault was it still in warranty?   If so ring & talk with customer support rather than trying do deal with this in chat.  Ask them to go back through footnotes to date you first contacted them with this issue to prove (if the case was) device was in warranty.  Question why replacement was not offered then.
