I recently purchased the Fitbit versa and it says 4 days battery mines won’t even last 1 day! I have turned the brightness down, my notifications off, my wrist movement off and the battery is not lasting. I charged it last night for 2+ hrs it was fully charged at half 10 I went to bed to track my sleep and woke up at 6am and the battery was dead is this suppose to happen? I’m very disappointed that I have had to turn everything off and that the battery won’t even last past 12hrs.

@Danielle91 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is not lasting as long as it should. Thank you for taking the time to turn off the brightness, notifications and quick view before.
I'd like you to check out and follow the battery improvement tips that are listed in this help article. You can skip those that you already tried. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and let me know if the issue persists.
