My brand new Versa tracked my first night perfectly my Rem, Light and Deep sleep.
The following nights, no tracking.
No settings changed.
Connected phone: IPhone 8 plus
IOS version: 12.3
Anyone any ideas?

This issue is exactly what led me here. I was wondering if it was my device or simply a system failure. I've tried all of the usual steps, resetting, re-syncing, nothing. I wish I had my blaze back. And I hope we can find an answer to this. Good luck. 🙂
