Screen Not Working

My watch recently started glitching during workouts, battery was lasting not even a full day and now the screen had completely gone out! The watch died unexpectedly, so I placed it on the charger and 30 min into the charge the screen stopped working. The indicator lights on the watch have also stopped working. I tried resetting and the watch did vibrator as if it shut down, but the screen still not working. Also want to add my watch has never been used for any water sports. Hi @whitneyball -

Have you tried doing a restart on your fitbit?

Instructions are:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

@kawaiiko There has been no change to the watch. I this something that would be covered under warranty? It's not even a year old yet.
