I tried to charge my versa but its charging and the last time I charged my versa was 2 days ago.How can i know if its the problem with the device or the charger.My versa is completely out of battery now.

I know how to charge my Fitbit versa. Doesn’t matter what I do it will not charge. I haven’t even had it a year yet. Not impressed! This is my 6 Fitbit product in 2 years
