I had a solid white line going down the side of my Versa. The screen was on and working, just slightly shifted to the right. I reset the unit, now I can tell it is on and tracking, but the screen is black. Any solutions aside from a reset?

@mgbaach it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display showed a white line and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for restarting your watch before contacting our forums.
Please let me know if your Fitbit Versa turns on or vibrates when you put it on the charger. Also, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
