since two days my Fitbit versa doesn’t work anymore. The screen first went black, then when I put it on a charger after 45 minutes the screen went on but only showed the Fitbit logo. When I tried to start it up by holding one of the buttons the screen went black again and does not respond to anything. Can someone please help me?!

Hi @Mvbeek , restart your Versa Three times and if that proceduredies not solve your problem, call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
