Versa Lite random elevation during GPS tracked run

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've been using my Versa Lite connected to Google pixel 3 for GPS runs, and each time my elevation is showing as being all over the place. I'm concerned that this is affecting my cardio score as my run is showing with no "flat" sections even though versa lite can't track elevation... Any ideas as to what this is? I would put a screenshot but can't figure out how...

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Hodgett. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding your GPS runs showing elevation and affecting your cardio fitness score calculation. Thank you for your efforts to provide a screenshot. You can find the instructions on how to share an image in this postSince connected GPS uses the GPS sensors on your nearby phone, it provides real-time activity stats including a map of your route, pace, and elevation which are stored in your exercise history. For more information on GPS, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

I understand your concern about the cardio fitness score and recommend checking this help article with useful information: What is my cardio fitness score?
