Has anyone with the new Versa 2 experience their screen blinking or going green and staying?

Hi @Lena59 , personally I haven't. Do you have the orginal CF on your Versa 2? If yes, restart your Versa 2 several times by pressing and holding the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. If you are using a Third Party CF, install onde developed by Fitbit itself and restart your phone and Versa 2. Regards kuzibri

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried it with both the original and 3rd party and it still is doing it. I have reset it about 6 times. This started yesterday at 2 pm eastern time. So, it has being going in and out since then. I have spoke to the people at Fitbit and sent them pictures. So, they are working on the issue. Thanks again!

Hi, @Lena59, as you have tried the reset procedure at least 3 times (in your case 6 times!) and that did not resolve the issue, you did just the right thing to contact Customer Support.
The Community is great for tips and hints and for solving many software issues, but it cannot usually help with hardware problems.
And well done for sending photos with your Customer Support inquiry. That really helps them identify what the problem might be.
Good luck and keep us informed how it goes. I am sure that Customer Support will soon have you up and stepping again with your Fitbit.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes I will let you all know what the out come is. I am just glad I had a back up fitbit. I kept my original Versa but I didn't expect to have to use it so quick. I have only had my Versa 2 for 3 weeks. But, you know when something new come out there is always some kinks.

Well my issue wasn't solved! But, I was able to got back to the place I got it and they gave me a another one! So, we will see how this one does. Thank you all for feed back!

Yes!!! Tried to reset it several times and turn on and off. Nothing is working!! How did you fix it?

Fitbit never got back to me . So, I returned it back to Verizon and they gave ma another one.
