Versa 2 WiFi issues

Just got my versa 2 and love it. I been working fine all week untill today... Fitbit WiFi started dropping and wont come back on unless I reinstall and ré pair up than about hour later disconnect again n again.  Starting to angry me now.  I'm honor 10 lite. And like say I've had week and was all fine till today

Was the Versa 2 plugged in and Charging? WiFi is only turned on while the versa 2 is being charged. 

As for WiFi, this is only used for transferring music and updating the apps on the Versa 2.
