Fitbit Versa completely not working!

Hi. My versa screen went black while wearing. I thought it may have went dead. However, the phone still showing it connected. I have combed through the forums looking for solutions, and tried all that I could find. None of them will work. Still will show connected to phone, but screen will not work. No wear or tear out of ordinary, but just quit and will not come back. Very unhappy. Switched to Fitbit from galaxy s4 smart watch for size. Please help!

mine is doing the same thing. Did you ever figure it out? Mine is only 6 months old...

I used the chat yesterday for the same reason and was told to clean my charger with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol. It worked but my charge is not lasting long.I'm going to try a reset.

I contacted fitbit and they are sending me a replacement since it was only 6 moths old it was under warranty. Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
