Fitbit Versa died

My Versa died yesterday (11/21/2019).  I received it as a Christmas present last year so I do not have a receipt or even know where it was purchased.  I used it every single day since I got it.  I just don't know where to go for help or what to do next.  Toss it?

Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. Thank you Odyssey13, I appreciate your feedback.  Sometimes I feel like a dinosaur when I cannot keep up with these new fandangled gizmos.  While I do love my Fitbit Versa and am kidded by my ancient hubby that I listen to a stupid watch when I don't listen to him, the Versa does keep me more active when it reminds me to that I have "64 more steps!" and I get up and go.  So I will call the help number that you provided and I thank you very much!
