Versa is experiencing battery and screen issues

Had my versa for 15 months.  Really love it but noticed lately that battery life is deteriorating.  Got up this morning and felt versa vibrating a lot.  On investigation noticed that screen had completely popped off and won’t click in again.  Waiting to hear back from customer support.  Has anyone else had this happen?
