Fitbit Versa disconnecting from Bluetooth.

Hey I got a new Fitbit versa and it won’t sync also it connects to the Bluetooth then disconnects m. I have tried everything possible i have also contacted the live chat they got it going yesterday then this morning won’t sync again also drops a Bluetooth connect. I am going to take it back the store soon and get my money back this is very  frustrating. Please help

  1. iPhone model you're using. 
  2. OS version running on your phone
  3. App version installed (go to Account > Help to get it)
  4. The list of troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

I ended up taking the fitbit back and getting a new one and the new one works great
