Fitbit Versa display not working!

I’ve had my watch for just one a year and suddenly the display just stopped working.  It seems to charge and sync and I have called customer service and they said I can buy a new one.  Why would I buy a new one?  If the only solution is for me to purchase a new watch I will not purchase another Fitbit since it seems they are saying one of two things that their product is faulty and instead of them looking at it and possibly repairing it I should just spend more money on their merchandise with no guarantee that this won’t happen again.  Second the 25% discount on a $280 watch is a drop in the bucket of what I’m sure would cost considerably  less to repair.  I’m very out off on the brand and will look elsewhere.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your experience with your Fitbit Versa and Customer Support. I am sure they tried to help you in the best possible manner, each case is reviewed individually and a solution that's being provided is based on the Fitbit Warranty.
