Fitbit Versa do not turn on

I bought Fitbit Versa during my visit to Australia last Dec, exactely on 26 Dec 2019, as a present for my mother it was working good, yesterday 17 jan 2020 the battery was empty the watch turned off, I am trying to charge it till now but it doesnt want and do not to turn on, I cleaned the charging contact and tried again but got the same result, please advise noting that it is a new watch and my mother is very sad

Hi @Tan7tan , try another USB port or a wall outlet with a certified adapter. If that also does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

I already tried to change the USB port or charger without any results

Hi @Tan7tan , did you also try to restart your Versa? See also  my earlier post regarding Customer Support, which I personally would strongly advice, since the Versa is very new. Regards kuzibri
