Fitbit Versa doesn't charge

I am having problems with my FITBIT versa. It was not holding a charge past 8 hours and now it will not charge at all. When I took it off the charger it was hot, but would not turn on. I tried doing the re-set and nothing. I have only had this since Christmas, what do I need to do?

I’m having the same issue! I tried different USB and cleaned the connectors, but still not working. It’s not charging and not showing anything. What can I do?

I found out the problem.. WITHOUT their help. It will charge on my moms charger. Not with the one it came with.. WHY because it was faulty. Looks like i will need to buy a new charger for it. Because they have yet to talk to me about it.

I followed the advice listed and still nothing. I tried to click on the chat button for customer service, but received an error page after entering my information.
