Fitbit Versa doesn't measure pulse

After using the Fitbit Versa for 5 months suddenly the heart rate tracking didn't track anymore. I've tried a restart, but that didn't help. 

Any suggestions?

Hi @cathm 

It worked perfectly. Because - sorry to say - the heart rate tracking was off. I have no idea how that was turned off, but anyways.... it works now.
