Fitbit Versa experience

Like many others here, my wife's Versa died after getting a recent update (same issue, black screen). As everyone else, got the measly 25% offer on this. I've initiated an extended warranty claim through my credit card, and have bought a new Samsung Active 2, which is pretty amazing in comparison to the Versa (albeit a bit more expensive and with worse battery life). Thanks Fitbit for pushing me to change our device now and for all future purchase. This versa was one of 4 devices I've bought for me and my family in the past new year. But because of the lackluster response, it's the last money you'll ever get from me. Never again will a Fitbit device be considered in our household, and I will highly discourage everyone that will listen to buy anything from this company.
