Hello Support Team.

I am hoping that you can help me with my Versa FitBit. The front black lens just came apart. 
This is a Fitbit Versa (black/black Aluminum)
I paid $187.46
My order number was Q4MJ3RWJC
Order Date was 08/08/19

Unfortunately, customer services do not monitor these user forums and you'll need to contact them via contact.fitbit.com

 

They'll be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options.
