Fitbit Versa inaccurately counting steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

During challenges there is a big discrepancy between the steps my Fitbit records and what is shown on the leather board; more than a 10 k step difference.

Also, the leather board steps fluctuate up and down by a couple of hundred steps. How do you get negative steps?

Hey @MarinaH! It's great to see new people here in the Community. Sorry to hear that your Challenges leaderboard isn't showing all your steps. Have you manually logged any activities? The steps from manually logged activities won't show on challenges. Also I want to know if you are seeing steps actually decrease on the challenges. This shouldn't be happening. If this is the case could you take a screenshot periodically to show this decrease?

I look forward to your reply!

No manual activities logged, I don’t even know how to do that. 89B679BC-9BD6-43A4-BCDF-F0098E82FD8A.png

@MarinaH sorry for the late reply. Thank you for the screenshots. Could you share a screenshot of your activities area and from the dashboard comparing it with your challenges?

I look forward to your reply!
