My brand new Versa is having touch screen problem. It does not work smoothly. After a long struggle, I was able to come to Factory reset page. But for some reason, when I say YES to factory reset, I am unable to click YES. I have also tried hard factory reset by following You Tube instructions. There are no change. I am frustrated because it is brand new and bought it from Doha. I live in Bermuda and there is no fitbit store here.

@JohnnyB007 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch function is not working properly. By the way, thank you for trying to do the factory reset process before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. This process is different from the factory reset since you only need to use the buttons in order to restart it. After this, monitor the touch function and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thank you for your message. Forget about reset, it suddenly stopped working. Entire screen is black. I initially thought that battery is dead, it does not even charge. I searched and asked many people and apparently versa is not a good product. I am sad that I spent money on this. I need my money back or replacement.
