My entire versa screen is black. I have tried a reset, hard reset and charging for over an hour. I just used it at the gym, took it of and laid it down. Went to get it 15 minutes later and the screen was blank!
I have the same problem. I searched this forum and found majority of Versa users have this problem since June 28 when they released the last update. I called support and as I get mine on Black Friday they are sending me a replacement head. I asked the tech what happened and why so many people are having a problem and his response was they are aware it’s draining the battery very fast and are working on an update release.

tried to recharge although according to my iPhone battery was MEDIUM
