My entire versa screen is black. I have tried a reset, hard reset and charging for over an hour. I just used it at the gym, took it of and laid it down. Went to get it 15 minutes later and the screen was blank!

I have the same problem. I searched this forum and found majority of Versa users have this problem since June 28 when they released the last update. I called support and as I get mine on Black Friday they are sending me a replacement head. I asked the tech what happened and why so many people are having a problem and his response was they are aware it’s draining the battery very fast and are working on an update release.

I ended up calling support and they are sending a replacement versa. All the troubleshooting did NOT work.

I had same problem around the time of the latest update 28/6 and i.e. screen went totally black
tried to recharge although according to my iPhone battery was MEDIUM
cannot restart and need some assistance or replacement this is a new VERSA since Jan 2019
