Fitbit Versa left button not working

My fitbit versa left button stopped working on its own. It's just less than a year old. Also, the heart rate is not visible. I started everything from shutting it down to factory reset the watch but nothing would work out. After the factory reset the screen wouldn't change from shortcuts page as left button is not working. Please help!

Have you tried a restart @Niki_M or a shutdown?

These can be done through settings and require no pushing of buttons

Hi @Niki_M, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced with the left button, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

In addition to the great information that my friend @Rich_Laue shared, I'd like you to try cleaning around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust or moisture that this part of the watch may accumulate.
