Had my Versa since Nov 2019, wearing it daily and charging it regularly. A few days ago I noticed the heart rate was showing 165 or so, but my pulse was around 70 at the time. At some point in the hour after I noticed the high heart rate, the screen went black and it is now unusable. I also checked the app, and it looks like my Versa did not sync for a day and a half prior to shutting down. (I don’t think I’ve ever gone a day where the Versa did not sync with the app on my phone).
I tried pressing and holding all combinations of the 3 buttons to no avail.
I noticed condensation in 3 of the 4 sensors on the back of the watch, so it has been sitting in a bag of rice for the last 3 days. Today, the condensation is almost gone and I put the Versa on a verified working charger - the watch gets warm, but still does not respond to anything.
I believe it’s past the warranty period, but I expected the watch to last me more than 17 months. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
