I have had my Versa about 1 year now, the past week i have noticed i am losing time through out the day, some days i am unable to sync at all. I have tried restarting both my versa and my samsung s8+. Nothing still not able to sync/connect to bluetooth. I have updated my phone on any apps etc, versions. Still not working, so i followed previous posts and did a factory reset on my versa, unistalled app on phone, re installed etc, now i can't even get past the logo as my phone wont connect to my watch. What else can i try, surely these should last longer than 1 year, i bought the device 31st Dec 2018, since Christmas i have been having issues.

@Deedeewj, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing and connection issues that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it syncs and displays the time properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi thanks for your reply, after many attempts i managed to get my phone to restart, however, my watch seems to sync during the day, then over night it's lost 20 mins so i have to re sync again then it catches up again. Surely i shouldn't lose time every night, i never had to previous to factory reset. So although it works i am losing time, I've looked at some posts and it suggests the new clock faces can dip this, however even after my factory reset it bought back my clock face i had previous. If you have any suggestions on the time issues i would be grateful. Oh i leave my phone on all day sync hence why i don't don't why is losing time.
