Versa 2 screen not responding

What is going on with the versa 2. For the past week every so often not screen will not respond now it has not responded for a entire day. 

Cant to a factory reset because screen not responding to get to settings. I have already rebooted it 20 times still no luck. Help

@poison2569, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is not turning on even though you have rebooted before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know i your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
