I've just been given a Fitbit Versa as a gift, never had one before. I set it up last night and everything has been fine and then for some reason at 13.07 today my Fitbit stopped syncing with the app. I've tried turning the Versa off and on again and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the app is still showing the readings from 13.07 today.
Does anyone have any suggestions how I can fix this really annoying problem please?

I don't know what kind of phone you have but my iPhone was doing the same thing today. I found the help article and I forced closed the app then restarted it. That fixed the problem

Thank you. Apparently my Huawei phone isn't supported and Fitbit suggested I buy a new phone Not the most helpful answer but I have now synced it to my tablet instead and it is working just fine.
