Fitbit Versa no longer syncing

I did not wear my Fitbit Versa for a while and now it will no longer sync. I have attempted all steps I have found in other threads including:
-Restarting fitbit

-Restarting phone

-Verifying all up-to-date

-Shutting down fitbit and restarting

-Checked that all settings including location, always connected, and not on power saving mode

Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What phone are you using?

Try setting it up as a replacement device. See THIS Help Article and skip down to setting up as a replacement.

I am using a Galaxy S7.

 

I tried to set up as a new device and when searching for the device I get message "Found it!", but next step errors out and says "Not working?". I have use the "try again" multiple times as well and cycles through same steps.

The time on my versa is always way off.  The Versa is a joke.  An expensive one, too.
