Fitbit Versa not charging

Hi,

 

My FitBit Versa Lite has stopped taking a charge. When I plug it into the cradle it flashes 0% battery then nothing else.

 

I can leave it in the cradle powered on for hours but I still cannot get it to turn on or show any display.

 

I know it is not the cradle as my wife’s same model and is charging no problem.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

@LawrenceHunter, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge. I appreciate the time spent trying to fix this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
