Since I updated my fitbit about 3 months ago, I stopped receiving notifications on my Versa. Not calls, not messages, not apps, nothing. I've tried all the suggestions on the forum but they just work for a while. I've checked all notification settings on both my phone (Samsung S10+) and my Versa and they are all set up correctly. Whenever I restart my watch, it starts showing notifications again, but it won't last a day like this. What can I do?

@laguilar.94 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the notifications issue that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, please let me know the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so I can avoid providing the same information.
In the meantime, please check out this help article, which has a list of all the supported devices. If your Samsung S10+ is not in the list, this might be the reason why the notifications are not working properly.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit. Thanks for the follow-up.
I've tried a lot of things to try to make it work. The only things that seems to work, is to restart my Fitbit. After that, it will start receiving notifications from my phone but unfortunately it does't last for ever. Recently, I've been restarting my Versa every 1 or 2 days, it doesn't really work properly.
Other things I've tried but don't work: restart the phone, turn on/off Bluetooth, change notifications settings on Versa app and watch.
If you have any other suggestion, please let me know.
