Good morning, I brought my Versa in April 2019 but had to have it replaced 3 months later due to a battery issue. It is now not holding charge again and the face has got faded lines all over it and flashes on/off it won’t let me use the touch screen and just goes black. Any advice please.

had a live chat getting a new Versa face sent to me.....but haven’t received the email link and now it won’t allow me to do another live chat!!! @@Fitbitsupport
