Fitbit Versa not keeping its charge

Hello all. Never posted her before but my Fitbit won't charge and so when I take it off the charger of course it immediately dies and I can't so anything. When it initially died yesterday it was at probably 75% because I charged it the night prior. I can't use my Fitbit now because it won't charge and it's stuck to a charger. Any help to get it working is appreciated as it was purchased on Black Friday last year.
